My saleslady was very friendly. She found exactly what I was looking for. She completed my sale quickly. She offered me several ideas. Very happy with my purchase.

The particular sales associate that assisted me with me with my purchase was very knowledgeable of the products and was great in helping find just the right gift that I was looking for. She actually gave a few demonstrations on how to properly add charms and secure them to the bracelet. The associate was very friendly and outgoing to make sure that I had exactly what I needed and that I knew exactly what I needed to do to make sure everything was properly placed as it was supposed to be!! Great customer Service!!!!
