I was satisfied because Shelon did a great job assisting us. She was very knowledgeable and had conversation with us.

Service was great. Associate knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike the store I visited the next day in Hilton Head where my mom and I were the only customers in the store and the associates acted as if we were bothering them. They were too engrossed in their conversation to even act like the were interested in selling items. It was by far my worse experience at a pandora store and the first time I left Pandora without a purchase.
