Niecee assisted me from the moment I walked in. She listened indeed of telling or pushing me and it was her attention to detail from what I was saying and her jovial, professionalism that made me buy there instead of another Pandora. Niecee did not steer me toward anything that I didn’t ask for yet she knew exactly what to show me. She is a rockstar!

I was highly satisfied with pandora because they were very interested in what I wanted and how I wanted done.

The person that took care of me was fairly new. The manager stepped in and offered services to me that the worker did but she was open to learning. The place was clean and the workers were very friendly and willing to help.

The service was awesome The sales associates were very friendly. When the sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable on something the manager stepped right in and helped she also instilled her knowledge to the sales associate

Upon entering Pandora, we were greeted with bright smiles and welcoming. The Greeter was extremely nice and answered all our questions about product we purchased. Great environment.

Great customer service. I did not like waiting outside in the heat but I appreciate the necessary steps being taken to keep everyone safe. Staff had great knowledge of all the selection. In and out in about 10 minutes once we entered.
