I went back to the store which is 90 minutes from my house because the wrong charm was put on my bracelet even through I was charged for the right charm. I decided to get a few more things after making the drive. Shaniecee is a great salesperson and talked me into a few more things so I could take advantage of the survey coupon from the prior purchase. She exchanged out the incorrect issue with no issues and was absolutely fantastic to work with.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about what she was doing . The salesperson also had a very pleasant attitude and she was also patience with me on finding what I was looking for.
