There was immediate assistance and I was shown what I was looking for (rings). Shaniecee was kind and helped me figure out my ring size and I eventually found the ring I liked. Checking out did take a while, but I had great service and love my first ring from Pandora. Will definitely be going back.

My friends and I took a girl's trip to Savannah and stopped here on the way home. Niecee was amazing!! We were kind of disappointed that they were sold out of the Savannah charm but she told us about the engraving option which worked fine as a plan b. I'll be back soon Niecee!!

The associates in this store were awesome! We arrived about 15 mins before closing. Instead of turning us away, they gladly welcomed us and helped us as if it were the beginning of the day. They were very happy to help us. Their enthusiasm and knowledge about Pandora inspired me to purchase my 1st bracelet! Loved this experience!!! Will definitely visit again if I am in the area again.
