I was highly satisfied because of the excellent customer service. I wasn't intended to purchase any extra charms but the sales associate was so nice I gave in. She showed me the different charms that you all offered in rose gold and of course I wanted more then but I knew my limit. Thanks again for having great employees with great customer service.
