I was really impressed that due to Covid they only allowed customers in one at a time. They directed each customer to a specific side of the store. Masks were required by the customers and the staff wore them as well. This was my real first day of shopping since the pandemic and I felt totally safe. Jennifer J was a true delight to deal with. She really knows her merchandise and helped me to add on to my bracelet that I received for my retirement. I really enjoyed shopping at Pandora and will be back for a few more charms to complete my retirement bracelet.

The friendliness of the staff and quality of the merchandise. This was my second purchase at this store and I always have an awesome experience with the employers at Pandora. The staff is kind, courteous and very welcoming to the customers

Great customer service and very helpful

The cashier was very friendly and nice. We was in out of the store in know time. She help me pick out one of the charms that I got. It’s was my Anniversary so she pick out some good one.

The sales associate was very attentive and knowledgeable came in to buy charms for my Pandora bracelet that I had gotten at Jarrods to go with all the other charms that I had bought from them because they had quit selling Pandora charms and bracelets while I was there I saw a nice ring that I will come back to purchase next week

The sales associate, Kiarra W. was great! She went above and beyond to help me get my bracelet excactly the way I wanted it.
