I knew what I would be looking at once I walked into the Pandora store. As soon as I opened the door I was greeted by all the employees who were working at the time. They asked how they could help me and I informed them. The associate who helped me was so kind to give me ideas and options on charm bracelets, the item I was looking at, and I ended up loving it! I was very indecisive but was able to pick something out thanks to the associate’s great customer service! I will definitely be going back!

We received Friendly service. The environment Was clean and we were able to move freely about the store. The store had a good size selection.

This was my first time in Pandora. The salesperson was awesome! I was shopping for someone else and told her what they we’re looking for and she was excellent in helping to pick out the perfect combination for a beautiful necklace and charms. Very pleased and I will be back in the future!!

Sales associate was very efficient. She made my granddaughter and us her grandparents feel very at ease. She seemed to understand exactly what our granddaughter would like for her 16th birthday.

The customer service was amazing. The lady who helped me, Ali was very kind and helpful. I got a beautiful ring that I really enjoy.
