I don’t have any complaints about pandora. I have been buying your jewelry for a few years now and am always satisfied with the quality. The sales associate was very patient and friendly. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and so happy with my purchase.

I've always loved the customer service in this store! My husband and I have purchased almost all of my charms there and he bought my bracelet and had awesome customer service too. The girls are always so helpful and happy to help. I love going into the Pinnacle Pandora store. It's always a treat!

I came into the store to get a different size bracelet that my dad got me on our cruise. The cruise only had size 7 or 21 so I was told to go to a store at home. The Rogers store said that those were the only ones they had as well because it was a limited edition bracelet. However, the provided me with Pandora Consumer Affairs phone number and email to contact them about getting the next size up. I also bought another charm for my bracelet and during that time, they provided me with a bracelet care pamphlet that I did not receive on the cruise. They also told me about the care kit that has the cleaner brush & bracelet opener in it, so I bought that.
