I went in searching for a ring and the sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Immediately upon entering the store, we were greeting by a very friendly associate. We brought an item in that was purchased as a Christmas gift in December 2018. The associate was extremely kind and sympathetic. She took the time to attempt a correction and ultimately ended up exchanging the item for an identical replacement. It's this kind of customer service and integrity that keep me as a loyal customer.

Rachel was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She was also very respectful through the process of finding a piece for someone that had just lost a late term pregnancy, and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured at all. We were really appreciated her willingness to spend extra time finding items and answering tons of questions since this was our first time in a Pandora store.
