The employees were beyond friendly and did everything they could to help me. They were welcoming and gave me good opinions about beads I was looking at, also made helpful suggestions. I didn’t plan on buying anything on this trip but ended up purchasing two items.

The sales assistant was amazing! She seemed like she was also having fun helping me pick out new rings. Also, the new tray by sizes is incredibly convenient! I understand that they cannot show customers trays on the counters, but having them organized and under the glass is super helpful!

Alyssa was very nice. EVERY SINGLE employee at this location is SO SWEET every time I go there. They are so knowledgeable about the product as well.

I knew what I was looking for. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by two friendly employees. I spotted the ring I wanted . She immediately got it out for me to see it. And she complimented it. Very excellent customer service.

My husband and I went to purchase a Disney ring, but unfortunately they did not have my size. The associate told me she could add me to the list and contact me when they reacieved shipment with my size. She then showed me other rings and told me she had a Minnie Bow one, it was her last one and it was my size. I was very pleased with the way she took care of us, she knew exactly what I loved!

Maddey was very friendly and has a great amount of knowledge of the inventory, she knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel very comfortable. I will be going back for more items and she helped me get a pandora glcredit card! Thanks

I am highly satisfied with this visit I had! It was my first time purchasing Pandora items and the associate was very helpful in finding me the right things I wanted and tried out! Very nice and friendly environment! I really enjoyed my visit and plan to return!

Received excellent recommendations from assistant manager and sales associate for my teenage daughter and 70 y.o. Mother. The staff was very knowledgeable and showed me products based on my interest in Disney that I otherwise would not have explored. Loved the new cleaning kits.

I went into this store with a few ideas of rings I was wanting to buy myself. I sometimes have trouble finding ones that work for me because I wear a size 9, but they had all the rings I wanted to look at. The selection was great and the associate, Ali, was super friendly and outgoing, and helped me pick the best one for myself.
