Went in looking for two Alice in Wonderland charms that were sold out online. Was pleasantly surprised to find what I was looking with the help of very friendly employees. I also purchased a chain. They set me up with all the items I wanted quickly.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted and assisted with what we were looking for. I had no issues finding what I needed because Kristi knew exactly what she was doing and had sufficient knowledge of the charms. the moment I asked her if she had a wave she pulled out this Blue Swirl bead that was very close to a wave and I was immediately satisfied with what she showed me. Overall 10/10.

The store was very clean and bright, which made it inviting to enter. The sales associates were very nice and patient with us where deciding what to purchase. They gave us ideas but never pushed us to buy any items in a rude manner.

Tanni was fantastic! She helped me look through so many items so I could find my mom the perfect birthday present. She was so patient and helpful.
