The sales clerk was helpful, genuine, and helped me remove my Pandora bracelet. She also let me try on the 14 Karat gold bracelet. The gold looks better with my skin tone. She complemented my anniversary ring. Also, she indicated the gold plated bracelet also. Frankly, I was there to place the cat charm on my bracelet. She noticed that I needed a clip to keep my cat from moving around, and showed me some on a paper, and then she let me see a real one. I like interacting with people, especially pleasant ones. Her name was Bailey.

I was checking out the 45% off sale and found a bead with the maltese cross. My daughter, who was somewhere in the mall area, is a firefighter. I wanted to buy the bead for her without her knowing. She came back in the store and Madison was wonderful and hid the bead and gift wrapped it.

I called about merchandise I wanted over the phone. The lady that answered the phone was very patient and made sure they had what I wanted. When I arrived at the store the sales associate immediately greeted me and asked how could she help. I told her I had merchandise on hold and was there to pick up. It was ready with my name on it. We looked at merchandise and made sure it was the right fit. Overall experience was great!

Sales person SUPER friendly. The store is SUPER clean Sales person willing to help all the time regardless the time the customer was taking to decide what to get.

Jennifer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very genuine. She made me feel very comfortable as well. I wish I had gotten the name of one of the other sales clerks who was also very sweet and helpful. I was very impressed with the store and all of the employees.

I have always enjoyed my purchases. The stores are always very clean. The staff is is knowledgeable and friendly!
