I went to purchase a Christmas gift for my godchild, not really familiar with the product and the sale staff was very helpful to a novice buyer.

Great. Sales rep needed manager’s help twice.

I was immediately greeted when walking into this store! I was asked multiple times if everything was okay and when asked to see an item it was shown to me immediately. I ended up buying another item suggested by an associate!!

I got what I wanted

Upon initial arrival to store, associates appeared to be unwilling and out off that there was a customer in store. Once the interaction with employee started the experience became better. Ended highly satisfied with experience.

Everytime I go to this store the sales team are amazing and so kind. This time the same girl helped me out from the last time I shopped there. She remembered me and remembered the occasion I bought for the last time I went in. That was 7 months ago! She has been so helpful, kind and patient both times.
