They were nice and helpful

I liked how they didn't try to up sell us and the staff was very friendly. The setup was really pretty as well. I would maybe recommend training the staff for gift wrapping in the back or make sure they know how to do it properly before handing them over to customers.The girl training wrapped our gift and no, it wasn't the prettiest, but she tried her best. (As good as I would've done) The woman training her unwrapped it in front of us and instructed her on how to do it properly. She's was NOT rude about it at all but I felt bad for her. I know I would have felt kind of dumb, especially in front of customers. I don't want anyone to get in trouble but I thought I'd make the suggestion.

Sales lady: Jennifer was training 2 other ladies and they were engaging in conversation with my daughter and I. That was so nice and easy to talk with all 3. They were learning yet seemed already knowledgeable.

My sales associate very understanding about the look I was going for presented me with options allowed me time to consider what I wanted with no pressure to buy ended up getting all the charms I wanted instead of just one because of that

The store was clean and bright, merchandise was attractively displayed. The Mother's Day incentive seemed very nice.

I loved the attention I had from all the people in the store. Everyone is really nice and ready to help you.
