I have shopped at this store many time sand they are very friendly and helpful.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She was friendly and knew what charms were available and what was temporarily out of stock due to the holidays. She was not in a rush to get me finished and on to the next person; so there was no pressure.

The girls knew what kind of charms I was looking for after I showed them my bracelets. They were able to find all the charms I needed. I wished I had gone in sooner so I could have gotten the 2017 Holiday ornament for my tree.
