Come in one worker would not even look at us in the eyes. Not even to say hi give me one second just completely ignored us. We were standing right in front of her and she said nothing. Ignored us and didn’t want to help us. She was very rude. We were helped by someone else because another person acknowledged us.

I was lied to!!!! I was asked for my email, associate said I would not be receiving emails, and look it it is !!! So you might train your associates better

The mask wearing is unnecessary, as employees wear masks and there are plexiglas barriers everywhere. There was hardly anyone in the store, either. It was very difficult to see the charms, b/c I wasn’t allowed to touch them/hold them close to my eyes to see. I spent over $300 in two days’ time, but had no joy in the experience as I used to do.

Masks are still required. With my asthma it’s difficult to breathe in one. I missed the sale. I live 1,1/2 hours away. My husband was waiting in the vehicle. Lol!

The sales clerk did not ensure the clasp was secure and the brand new bracelet fell off as I was leaving the store. I went back to the counter and she did put it back on me.
