I think the store needed more warning about forming a line outside before allowed to come in. Several people jumped in front of the line and would try to open the doors and then someone would say there’s a line. Next, my associate Elaine, was so nice and very patient with me. I have no complaints with her. However I believe she was new and the other works got irritated with her as some things they said came across as rude to me when she was needing help. Lastly, at the end of my purchase I asked for the white boxes the jewelry comes in and another associate seemed so put off about my request and that it was a bother to her. I spent over $200 and think regardless of amount every time someone purchases they should be offered these boxes as they are nice to accommodate the nice jewelry. I said thank you very much to the associate who helped get the boxes and she put it in front of me and did not acknowledge when I thanked her.

The choices were a bit slim for my ring size. I wish that Pandora would keep all of their stores fully stocked. The sales people were very nice, but I felt a bit rushed at some points. I was happy with my experience, I just wish I had more choices.

I had in mind which charm(s) I wanted but they happen to be discontinued or out of stock. Not the stores fault. Over all I did like the service from the very friendly girls.

The AC was blowing and it was freezing. There was only 1 lady on the floor and she was helping someone so I had to wait which isn’t a big deal. And this store didn’t have all the selections I wanted. I had previously looked online to select which ones I wanted to see in store before purchasing and they only had I think 4 of the 8

The ring I wanted in my size was unavailable. The clerk had to search the whole store while I waited, then we had to order it. Also 1 clerk was in the back and didn't come out while I waited on the first clerk to finish with a slow customer.

I walked in and everyone just looked at me. No one said hello or can I help you. There was only one other customer in the store and 5 people working there.

Because I recently have had several rings loose their stones and for the price I pay I don’t think I should have to worry about loosing stones. It’s happened a lot lately on all my recent pieces
