The salesperson was very helpful and made suggestions. She let me know certain things about the jewelry that I wasn't aware of.

I was greeted in a warm friendly manner and since it was during the christmas season, the lady took my name. I was called within a few minutes. Brenda who helped me showed all the different safety clasps, how they worked and how each one would complement my bracelet. She knew her Pandora Charms too and suggested based upon the safety chain I chose, the charms that would just pop. She focused solely on me and my bracelet the whole time.

IThe sale Associate was very friendly and helpful .When I walked in I was greeted. Memmorial City Pandora has excellent customer service. I went in at a good time cause after I purchase my bracelet. The store got pack. But the employee was still curious and generous with the customers.
