Me gustaría que hubiera más fluidez con la vendedora y el cliente ,, Siento cada ves q voy es escoger rápido a lo q voy Si ellas estuvieran más accesibles y mostrándote como q te puede gustar asta compraría mas la persona pero no más dicen que buscas en particular y ya le dices y te lo da pero no te muestra más o estos combinan con esto , nada de interacción es mi punto es como cuando muestras ropa en una tienda te muestran para q te lleves todo un outfits jaja para q te lleves todo si es posible gracias es mi humilde opinión

The wait time was ridiculous. After standing there for several minutes feeling ignored I finally asked could someone help me she said someone would be right with me all the while she was bringing someone else into the store to help. I didn’t realize that was the process nor was it explained which caused me to wait even longer for another associate to help me after she finished. She was great after finally getting serviced

There wasn’t enough associates to help all clients. In addition they check their work at checkout to ensure the changes are accurate but that seems to be more of a benefit to the store and not the client. The client has to wait for an associate to come check another associate work, what’s the benefit of that for the client….waiting?

There was a group of sales associates talking in a group. Nobody bothered to ask if I needed assistance. To me, that’s very unlikely to happen in a Pandora store. Therefore, I was surprised that I had to speak aloud about not having any service. But I was visiting the city so I won’t return to this particular location.

Because the Mother's day pendant and heart cable was not available, but I did understand why they were sold out.
