First of all I know that it’s a pandemic and that I had to stand in line in another thing. The store did not have Any NFL charms

I did exchange on orders from online and had problems doing so .

Houston Galleria staff body language and altitude is sickening. I left and went to the Memorial City Mall the customer service was just the opposite great services there. I would recommend Houston Memorial City Pandora Store.

Didn’t like the process of waiting. The store associate was helping with the line but she should have helped everyone

Everything was satisfying, but the wait in line was pretty long. If I didn’t have to wait so long, it would’ve been much better.

I stood in line for approx. a hour, way too long. Not enough employees and customers should be limited on the time that they spend looking in the store. Only three customers allowed a time.

Too much to name

Price for one of the charms was rather high, $75.00. I bought 3 charms. Would have been nice to get some kind of deal.
