The associates aren’t very kind The people permit at store at a time is too low The wait in line is late

Every time I go to the galleria or memorial mall Pandora the sales associate are rude and make me uncomfortable. I still buy the products because I genuinely like them, but the sales persons are never friendly nor nice.

Did not have have enough selection in the store. I purchased 2 Rose Gold rings size 9. I don’t do online shopping . That’s why I went to the store in person .

I wish there has been more variety. Every time I go I see the same jewelry. I’d like to see different types of earrings and bracelets.

Sales associate very help, but not very friendly.

This whole COVID19 deal just made the visit awkward. Also we couldn’t touch anything so I felt pressured to buy what I touched

I loved my look threw when I walked into pandora but there was a slight problem. When I was greeted by a specific associate my time with her was spend too well.

I was exchanging a pair of earrings that I received for Christmas, which I received 2 of the same pair. I did not have receipt but the person’s email address. They did not want to exchange because they were last chance and retired. I explained that when they were purchased they where not last Chance. Then she stared well it’s pasted the 30 days to refund. I explained they was a Christmas gift. She would not help. I asked for a manager, Adrianna, store manager out and said the same thing. I asked for corporate information, because I did not want any money just wanted to exchange because I received two pair. She stated it does not take all that. But I will exchange as a Courtesy. I was satisfied at that moment

Pandora products are expensive, even though the material isn't the best. Also the product I wanted was not available in my size.
