The reason was because this store did not have much product rings in stock. I kept asking about different ring but they did not have my size or at all. Than why have it to show.

When I entered the store Associates were talking among themselves, not greeting or acknowledge of me being there, I knew exactly what I wanted and it was until I asked some of the lady's if she could help when she did otherwise would still be totally ignored, not the kind of service I was expecting from your brand. I spend $135 in less then 2 minutes from a bad service, but the product is worth it. At the end Simone was nice and attentive.

It's always such a joy going into Pandora. My sales associate was really nice and even offered to clean my bracelet while I shopped. She showed me everything I asked for and was so helpful but she was a bit too serious and it made uncomfortable in asking her for further help. I asked her for an opinion and she said she didn't want to give me one because it was my purchase, but I just needed an opinion because I was by myself. However, she was really nice when I asked her to help me with everything that I was looking for and even brought out more product for me to see. I love shopping at Pandora because it's exciting to add to my collection. This store is really good at making sure everyone feels welcomed. However, I do think there also needs to be an order when coming in because sometimes all of the sales associates are busy and there's no one to talk to or at least form a line to get help.
