The original ring I wanted was only available in bigger sizes.The ring desired was not in stock at all and I did not want to travel to a different location to go get it. So I was able to purchase another design I liked instead that was my size.

Lack if stock on several items I wanted. No option for less packaging, for the more environmentally conscious.

The few rings I was interested in purchasing were out of stock.

Only 2 of the 6 charms i wanted was available. I waited like 30 min just to be disappointed,

The merchandise is high quality and love all the options for bracelets charms. Love all the occasions covered for the bracelet charms. Love the book of options to look at while waiting for assistance.

Please have more people working at Pandora. I hate waiting more than 30 min just to get advice on the items or have someone help me out with the item I plan to buy. You guys need to hire more people, so the customers don’t have to wait that long, especially during the holidays.

Like the concept and the diversity of the charms offered.
