The attitude of the sales associate was not at all inviting. In customer service you always smile and she did not look like she wanted to be there.

Even though the store was busy, the sales representatives were able to provide good customer service, meet the customer needs, and move customers out fairly quickly. Having the catalog availble for customers to thumb through while they wait was helpful.

Very busy, so had a long wait to speak with an associate.

La vendedora le falta ser un poco más atenta más amable uno de mis hijos me tradujo la compra pero ella fue muy poco amable pero no es culpa de la tienda si no de la atención al cliente ya que el problema que personalmente podamos tener, nos debemos al cliente más en los departamentos de ventas

I WENT IN TO HAVE ONE OF MY BRACELETS CLEANED, THE SALES GIRL WAS GREAT, FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF ME SUPER FAST, I LEFT AND CAME BACK WITHIN MINUTES TO LOOK FOR SOME GIFTS AND THE SALES GIRL THAT HELPED ME OUT WAS QUITE THE OPPOSITE OF THE FIRST ONE, SHE WAS NOT RUDE BUT NOT FRIENDLY EITHER, NOT MUCH HELP I HAD TO ASK IF THEY HAD MORE RING SELECTIONS BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT REALLY OFFERING TO SHOW ME MORE, I FELT A LITTLE INSULTED! I NEEDED 6 RINGS FOR MY NIECES AND LEFT WITH ONLY 2 OF A KIND. NOT MUCH WILLINGNESS TO PLEASE. CUSYOMERS!!

Don’t restock item always out

The selection did not have the right size. The original gentleman who started helping me did not seem very interested in helping me find what I needed and I was about to leave when a sweet older lady searched and found something for me.

I was not told that an item bought at another store could not be returned for a refund. I received store credit, not happy because I was looking for a new item which was also told they never received any. So why advertise an item which is not available. I went to various stores and told the same thing! I may not shop pandora again unless I am sure a want to purchase at that particular store!
