I liked the charms that were on sale. I enjoyed looking at the new inventory of charms for sale. I enjoyed the promo offer....which is why I will return to buy something else. I love the new styles that have come out.

I am interested in gold charms and the selection was lacking. Perhaps I will find more in other stores.

I really love and treasure my Pandora Charm Bracelette which I got for my birthday. But I only wear the bangle clasp about 20 days and it's broken by it self and also loosing 2 charms.. I don’t think I can recomended to anyone

Because I wasn’t allowed to try some earrings I wanted to buy because they had no alcohol wipes to sanitize them. It is hard to know if you still like something if you cannot try.

The first issue is the AC was out and it was rather warm in the store. I know that the staff had no control of that as it was said that it had just gone out the day before and it was a holiday weekend. The store manager, Tiffany, assisted with my purchase. She was very pleasant up until it was time to pay. First, I had to ask for the free bracelet, which I felt like should have been offered since that was the promotion that was going on at the time. I realize that it was the last day of the promotion, so quantities of the free bracelet would likely be limited. But, when I asked what could be substituted in its place, the one that she offered was a bracelet that I already own. She did have the free one in my size, but she only had one left and a friend and I were shopping together and both needed that same size. Luckily, my friend was willing to take the substitute as she did not have it already so I did get the free bracelet. The problem is that her attitude went from pleasant to a bit rude when the conversation about the free bracelet began and I didn’t quite understand why when both my friend and myself were very nice the entire time.

Takes more than little better than average service. After waiting for 20+ minutes to be called, picked out my 3 Gold charms. Had to wait for another 15 min to pay while another sales person helped 3 other people with their purchases & rang them up ! Didn’t understand her not checking us out spent $1200 and that kind of irked me. We went back Sunday to buy the Gold wrist band but the wait was easly another 20+ min if not more & so we left.
