The visit was great, just not satisfied with the selection since they didn't have enough sizes in stock

I was in a hurry. I had my list of items I wanted along with back up options. Several items no longer available.

It was my first time going into pandora; i think the strife overall is wonderful. I just wish the prices weren’t so crazy but “you get what you pay for.” The salesperson was very sweet and nice.

Good quality pieces. Great sales offered throughout the year. Wide selection for different occasions.

I'm not a personal fan I was buying a gift for someone, but I will continue shopping there buying more gifts.

It's not that I was not Highly Satisfied cause this was my 1st visit I have this thng new which I have got it not used it yet......so once I use it and see how it stays good as I want I will b back.....but I really loved it

Poor sales rep. Unprofessional and expressed working short handed and being made to work on Valentines Day. I didn't care to hear about that.

Waited an hour in line and please update website. It stated store opened at 9 but didn't until 10. Need to hire more personnel during holidays.

The employees at this location did not try to solve my issue, they gave me a general answer to my problem and dismissed me to go help another customer. If it wasn’t for Mrs. Brenda that took her sweet time to assist me and help me resolve my issue, she is the best of the best in this location.
