The prices are raised WAY too high. As somebody that has been a loyal Pandora customer, it’s disappointing. Pandora has also led away from classy and is tacky now. The quality is OK. One of my clips fell off of my bracelet and I had to pay $50.00 for a new one.

The sales person treated me as if my bracelets were so horrible because they were dirty and kind of acted as if she did not want to do the work to clean them. She did clean them well but maybe next time don’t treat the customer like they are awful for not cleaning their pieces!

No communication on process to enter store; clients waited until clerks finished talking before cleaning & before entry to store; first clerk I asked for assistance, said another clerk will assist & went to clients who came into store after me?; Selections for rose gold were limited & I was disappointed that jewelry has to be removed before washing hands & cant get wet?? Just not the best quality for the price
