Every time I come to this location, it is a gamble whether I receive good service or not. Some of the associates are friendly and helpful, but then the other half always gives me an attitude since the beginning. They always give an attitude when I ask to clean my charm bracelet. Like if it’s a service being offered, I spent $2k on a bracelet... the least they can do is be more friendly with cleaning it for me. Especially when I am wearing 2 full charm bangles and all Pandora rings. Obviously I’m a faithful customer and yet it never fails to get an eye roll when I ask for cleaning. Then I get lectured on how I should be cleaning it myself every couple days. Then when I am looking for a specific piece, if they don’t have it, they don’t even try to help me get it somehow. Whether place an order for me, online, another store. Nothing. Just straight up we are out. It would be nice if they told me if will be in stock soon or anything.

Had to wait about 10 minutes to get into the store but I didn’t mind. Once an employee checked my temperature to go in, she slightly moved out of the entrance and silently said “come in” which I didn’t hear so I stood outside of the store waiting for her instructions. I instead heard her telling her coworker “do these people not hear oh my gosh”. Employees get the work done but customer service is one of the worst. This wasn’t my first bad experience due to the rudeness of employees at this specific location

Returning pandora item with more than 30 days policy.Due to covid 19 wasnt able to do this since item was purchased in March.Could haave given me store credit and made an exception due to situation.First sales associate not friendly or welcoming that reviewed receipt.I dont like purchasing online and this experience makes me feel like not returning to store.Hard enough making decision to enter mall to accomplish this endeavor that I kept postponing due to pandemic.I just became a pandora customer this year and not to keen since my last

I was trying to exchange a bracelet I received for Mother’s Day. Because I did not have the receipt or the correct email address my son used when ordering online I was not able to exchange it at all. Exchange not return for a refund! It was still in its original packaging it was mailed in and well between the exchange period because of this pandemic I was not able to exchange for a smaller bracelet.

I placed an order for curbside and I did not receive any confirmation or call for a day. Next day I called and somehow my order got mixed up that they did not see it , finally the got it and left it in the UNO lockers but send me the wrong Locker number, so I spend 30-40 min guessing how to open the locker, called everyone for help ( PANDORA-UNO) until I managed to change the number, just until I was leaving I received a call from UNO people. It was a waste of time. Next day I called Pandora letting then know what happended ( and actually I placed a new order, kinda happened the same with the no confirmation) and the answer was: OH we are not the one who manage the lockers... and that was it! not sorry, not apology even thought is not YOUR RESPONSABILTY at least you could throw some customer service at the end don't you think? I placed another order because I have no other option, that was the only reason
