Walked into the store & no one looked up. No one acknowledge me for 5mins and there were no other customers at the time I walked in

When I asked sales associate if she can put my 4 charms in separate boxes she put the box to the side and asked another sales associate to finish helping me because I "wanted" charms in separate boxes. Very RUDE!

I had to wait an hour plus just to be attended. I think there should have been a sales associate dedicated to customers who knew what they wanted to purchase instead of having to wait hours to make a 10 min purchase.

I came to have my bracelet cleaned like I do every year and they no longer do this I was told. I only go to this store just to get my bracelet cleaned every year but I was sadly disappointed, that's all.

When I came in nobody spoke said welcome or anything after I spent 319 the next day I came in and told my next associate she was very helpful

The seller was very rude. He didn’t know anything about his job/ the products. We couldn’t touch the product until we bought it .

My associate Brenda M was very rude to o tell me to get out of line so she could check me out. When checking out she had an attitude and was very rude.

The sales clerk was not able to get me in and out the door cause all the tablets were being used. Only 3 tablets are available so she had to wait to check me out and I was there for an online pickup. Maybe getting each sales person a tablet would make a faster process.

The sales lady was totally distracted and talking with a personal fried that just happen to stop by the store when she was already taking care of me. The items I purchased need to be wrapped as a gift and she did it in a hurry an carelessly.

Walked in to 3 ladies working and none of them stopped what they were doing and acknowledged us. Finally one of the ladies came to assist us but felt like she didn't want to help. She was very nonchalant in helping us and also seemed as if she didn't want to show us merchandise, she kept it under the window for us to look at opposed to letting us hold the merchandise in hand. I will not be going back to this store ever again. Went to different pandora and had a much better experience!
