The sales girls were not freindly, they seemed to be doing you a favor by waiting on you. Very perfunctory assistance. Not a welcoming or enjoyable experience.

Alison was very unfriendly. She kept asking me if that would be all for my transaction. I felt rushed. I wanted to keep looking but she was there Standing waiting for me

Poor customer service lady seemed she didn’t want to be at work unfriendly ask question she too long to answer got the vibe she didn’t want to be there at all but I purschaed a charm for my daughter graduation.

Extremely long line outside, not enough personnel inside the store to help more customers. Ridiculous.

Bree the sales rep was very rude and unwilling to pull out inventory for us to shop and choose from different charms

I arrive in the line, and the ladies not polite, told me that will take some time, because the sales associate was busy! Then I told to the lady that I would like to see bracelets! She just gave me a book! Do you agree with me that I went to the store, menas I don’t want to see from magazine, I want to see the product... Then she asked wich size is yours? I said, I don’t know( and she did face like 😕) she showed one bracelet, and fast kept back, she was in a rush... and she looked at me, like so.... decided... Finally, I bought one bracelet... but I went to buy 2, and I bought because I really like, I bought unhappy with the environment! Is not the first time that I go in Pandora and feel not happy! Very very desapointed!

I have been a customer for years and never have I experienced the service that I received. I had just gotten off wrk from construction and I went to get a charm for my wife. Sales lady didn't seem to understand what I wanted had to take her to window to show her display and when I get to pay with my debit card I was asked to show my ID when never had I been asked that. Felt disrespected and socially profiled due to me being in dirty clothes due to just getting off wrk. Will never again visit your Memorial city mall location

She threw the charm I long for on the glass case and told me to calm down they were rushing to get off with 45 minutes left.

First of all, the sales associate wasn’t well prepared to answer questions or concerns we had to a full extend.. gave us bland “i don’t know” answers.
