I never received my refund and had to call pandora. I got my refund after two months but I still have it wait for the money to be back in my account.

The wait outside was so long that I debated on just leaving and finding another gift for my loved one. I understand the circumstances and the capacity of people in store but 3 people exited and I was still not invited in for at least another 15minutes after they exited. I began to look at the catalog on my phone since I had spent so much time outside that I wasn’t going to be able to browse/shop in store. When I was finally in, my 2 charm choices were already sold out. Sales associates were neutral. No bad service but not exceptional service either. Just doing their job. I would’ve appreciated someone working the line. Maybe asking what we were looking for and showing us options in the meantime and just being more aware of the line.

4 associates - 4 customers. 2 helping customers other 2 ignoring customers Long wait for no reason. This after I went to the Galleria location to buy the same items and they didn’t have them in stock. And went there on Friday to buy the same items and it was closed… Really bad service no clue as to how to take care of people in the store

The attitude of the salesperson was arrogant and smartass , did not answer my question clearly , and not interested in helping.

The bracelet and ring that I bought were damaged and I brought it to the store to fix, they said there was no warranty for the bracelet and exchange the ring with a cheaper one due to “not available the same style at the store”. Calling to customer service, they said there should be warranty for both and told me to wait 5 days for the returning label. Too much to do, why dont they just help me at the first time I stopped by the store?

I came in to purchase a pandora charm bracelet. My first time in your store and they were offering a free charm but the store was out of it. The salesperson told me well we are out of the free charm so you can’t get it. Which was fine with me it’s just that if your store is advertising something free and you no longer have it you should come up with a different resolution

The associate named Gustavo G at the Memorial City Mall in Houston Texas was extremely sarcastic and rude. We bought a $100 gift card and Gustavo didn't put it in any type of card holder or box. He wrapped the reciept around the card and handed it to me. We asked for some type of card holder and he just said no he had nothing to put the card in. He was sarcastic and rude and acted as though he was bothered to provide customer service to us. I normally never experience poor customer service to the point where I have to voice it on a survey. It bothered me enough to feel that I had to complain.

Everytime I would have the sales associate something she was "I don't know" or she would be "I have to ask my manager" she did even crack a smile very dry. I tried to smile and nothing.

Simple, I felt discriminated and racially profiled because of my appearance. We all as customers sign in and are helped in that order and fashion . But one employee decided to skip me which I was next on the list but after looking at me twice she turned and helped someone else that did not even sign in and all this is happening after I already waited half an hour just standing around for my turn. Totally unfair. Just to be clear this happened at the Willowbrook location Houston TX

The store was busy and I understand staff was overwhelmed. But the assistant manager who attended to us wasn't really helpful. It has been a tradition that me and my two daughters get Pandora rings for the holidays. While browsing through the tray and deciding which ones to get, she seemed annoyed and didn't really help us in the decision making. She was just there giving us the vibes to hurry up and move on. My other daughter wanted the signet ring but it wasn't on the tray and she was trying to describe it to her. The assistant manager just looked at her and didn't even acknowledge her description and proceeded to walk away. We didn't know that she was going to get a book with all the rings listed. When she came back, she just started browsing through it and shoved the page to my daughter and asked her if the one she was pointing at was the signet ring my daughter wanted. When the three of us finally decided on what items to get, she just said "is this cash or credit?" I get it that everyone has their bad days but as an assistant manager and a service provider, I believe she should have done better.
