Waited in line 30 minutes and when I finillay got helped the lady only said one thing like yeah that's the price and only smiled when I asked questions and said she did not know if the ratings will matched with another set. She was rushing me the whole time and I didn't have time to looked at everything I needed.

I knew what I wanted but still had to wait over 30 minutes before someone could wait on me, not enough sales people during Valentine's Day !

Walk into store & there are 3 sales folks but 2 quickly disappear w/ each other into backroom while all customers were standing around looking for help while the 3rd sales person helped 1 customer. Finally the 2 came out & I asked if 1 could help me. She made it seem like it was a hassle. I chose 3 different rings I wanted to see. It took her forever to find 1 of the 3 & even them she knew nothing about it till she looked in the catalog. Your sales team should be more friendly & knowledgable. I felt like I was intruding. If it was not my bday & wanting to buy myself a gift, I would have left w/o saying a word. Just b/c it was very close to closing time is no excuse!!!!

Customer service was horrible, rush service, no consultation, customer rep wasnt even look at us or even say hi to us but talk and smile with her coworker. Definitely going to return the products, díd not feel like my money was well spend

I was sold a charm that states online it had a 30% discount, per the employee there Disney Charles were excluded. She was very rude through the whole process and even the person waiting prior to me let me skip her because she didn’t like the employees tone. I should’ve done the same, I’ve never had poor customer service at any pandora before.

Al pedir que mostraran un producto la chica lo hizo y al pedirlo por segunda vez su rostro se mostró molesta porque querer ver otro producto y se fue hacia donde otra compañera y se mostró su comentario y sus caras de toda hacéis nosotras fue notoria y al hablarle español que lo habla ella muy bien me pareció racista y molesta .
