Gave me the wrong charm after I asked twice if it was the July birthstone and not January as they are similar. Got home and checked emailed receipt and it says January! Had to make another trip to the store and that’s frustrating after I asked her twice or she was sure !

I was not recognized when I enter the store the manager had no idea the item I was looking for she just walk off she was very rude no customer service skills at all

No customer service at all even after I asked how much longer I had to wait. No one greeted us neither did they bother asking if we needed help, until I spoke out and still didn’t get any service until the second time.

I placed an order online for pick up because I was in a hurry and wanted to swing by the store and pick up. I waited over an hour before going to the store only to find a long line that took me 45 minutes before my turn. Then was told they could not process the online order so I had to purchase the charm and will have to wait until the online order is processed to cancel for a refund. It still has not processed.
