Your store at Memorial City Mall in Houston Tx had only 2 associates working there on a Sunday after Christmas. I find that very unprofessional of Panorama to only schedule two people to work not to mention how long I waited for over and hour to be able to exchange my jewelry. I am very upset and unsatisfied with your customer service and your company for not having more people work on weekends during the holidays.

Was very disappointed and dissatisfied! I came to purchase a new bracelet and have my charms cleaned. I was told that there no cleanings performed due to "NOT Knowing where the Jewelry has been/come from!" The associate, with no gloves on, began to show merchandise, place them on us! also the same charms. that they couldn't clean, exchanging them from the old bracelet to the new bracelet...again with no gloves! Please explain how this is inline with the "current" policies!?!? Needlessly they wanted to up sell me on cleaning products, but i left the store with a new bracelet with unclean charms!!

Customer service was sub par. Sales associate looked like she didnt wanna be there and wasn't very friendly. The whole process felt awkward with little to no conversation.

My friend and I came to buy a charm and were not greeted at all. I did a whole lap around the store and wasn’t once asked if I needed help. I couldn’t find the charm so my friend and I waited in front of the three women that worked there for about three minutes before finally I got upset and asked “ Hey, can I get some help ?!” All three of them gave me a stank face and told the younger one to go help me. She gave me literally all the attitude in the world and acted as if I couldn’t afford my charm. When I told her that I wanted to buy it, now all of the sudden she’s mrs helpful. These women were prejudice and I hope they do not get paid off commission.

All the associates were attentive and knowledgeable of the product that I was looking for my Daughter. This is my favorite store to shop at for a present and for myself.

I came in the store excited to get my charm I get every year for my birthday. There were two sales associates that were very rude and not very helpful. I usually have great sales associates that are very eager to help. I felt that I was not a a valued customer. I brought my son and my mother to the store. Perhaps my son was a little too active but he has a disability that requires him to wear a hat. So perhaps that’s why I and my mother were not being treated as serious customers. The two employees were very withdrawn and not very helpful. I just to make a quick purchase and leave quickly. I feel that I rushed in making a decision that it was a problem that I took took too long. I am also almost 8 months pregnant and it felt that I was not taken seriously.
