I purchased 2 rings and both have been replaced due the stones falling out and one ring was replaced 3 times and each of the replacement rings had stones missing. Finally just got a store credit...but am apprehensive about using it because of this issue. Went in the other day to try to use it and was completely ignored by the sales staff...i don't feel waiting over 10 minutes to just be acknowledged is acceptable. We finally gave up and left. Frustrating.

The sales associates were entirely rude. I would not come back. They need to give better service.

We walked in and put our names on the wait list as did the rest of the customers. Upon our wait we noticed a lady walk in who knew one of the associates. She walked straight up to the counter and received help while we and numerous other guests were left waiting. When we brought the problem to the managers attention she informed us that they were doing their best, never even asked the associate about the problem or situation at hand. She then tried to blame the lady with the wait list, However she did ask the girl to put her name on this which she did but was at the bottom. She pretty much left us feeling like the problem that all of her patiently waiting customers were experiencing wasn’t important enough to matter.

We were traveling and I received a Pandora deal. So on our way home I stopped in a city that is three hours away from where I live to purchase my items. I will not return to that store because I have other stores near me.
