I walked in looking for a ring, but I wasn't sure what style or color. Brenda was more than willing to show me all the rings in my size and let me try on a couple until I found the one I really loved!

When we walked in Kari the associate immediately greeted us and helped us. We were looking for a special gift and were indecisive. She seemed to know the inventory like the back of her hand. She could immediately go grab exactly what we were looking for. She was very patient, professional and kind. In a world where you don't always get good service she was excellent. We spent over $300 and are very pleased with the purchase. She even followed up with a phone call to let us know that the engraving machine was up and running again. It had been down and they were working on it. Thank you to Kari for a great job.

Kari was patient and very attentive to our needs. She took her time and enjoy helping us create a special bracelet for a friend with cancer. The entire experience was so good and that is mainly due to her customer service

The Customer Service rep- Olea, directed me to Pandora -Memorial City to exchange for the right size of merchandise I ordered on line because Pandora -First Colony Mall, refused to accommodate to resolve the issue. We were greeted by a very friendly and kind associate, Lalli, who willingly assisted us. We ended up upgrading the merchandise to a more expensive one and paid the difference.

The salesperson really helped me with my choices and decision. I’m happy with my ring.
