I was highly satisfied that my pandora bracelet had a one year warranty. I thought of also purchasing another bracelet for my five year old daughter. There was not a small enough size for her. However, the sales representative assisted us in finding another solution. We purchased a necklace for my daughter so she can start collecting her charms. We are very happy with the purchase and with our sales representative.

The associates were friendly, kind, very patience and gave me information about my Pandora charms that I had prior to this purchase that I was unaware of.

As we entered the store, we were promptly and politely greeted and helped! Kari was awesome in getting and showing us the items that we were looking for! She was very professional and knowledgeable regarding Pandora's jewelry! My wife had quite a few questions and Kari answered them all! We could not have asked for a better visit... Kari is a definite asset to Pandora!

Me and my boyfriend were attended as soon as we came in the store. The lady was very nice. I already knew what I wanted just made the progress much easier although it was be very helpful if they start giving feedback on the jewelry. I bought a ring I didn’t know it could get water damage if I would have known I wouldn’t have bought a ring. Just simply stick to earring and Bracelet

I took all our Pandora jewelry in for a good cleaning! Esmeralda did a great job and helped me with purchasing some new jewelry.
