The associate Angel T reached out to me to see if I was ready or needed help. He came over when I asked about which chain to get with the Spiderman charm I was getting for a gift. He helped me choose one by showing and telling me about the difference between the two and which he thought was better. He was calm and patient throughout the process until we were done.
