When I went into the store I got not great but excellent 100% excellent customer service from KARI The most genuine person I ever met dealing with Pandora I did not expect to go in there and say almost two hours but she was extremely great and gave excellent customer service

So I came in the store with no clue on what to buy my friend for her birthday Zakiya was very patient and helpful my friend loved her gift and was very surprised thanks Zakiya for making my first experience the best experience ever! I will be back soon 😊

The time Zaklya sales associate took with me was a plus. Plus her manager was also helping her with my sale.
