This store indicated on line they had the item I was looking for. The salesperson,Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable. One of the few Pandora stores that do engraving, which was the main reason I went to this store.

I walked in and was greeted right away. The associate helped me and explained the product I was interested in. He checked me right away within less then 5 minutes I was out of the store

As soon as I stepped into the store I was assisted by a very friendly sales associate,Michelle. I had to exchange a gifted bracelet for just a smaller size and Michelle made it very smooth,the whole process. She even offered to show me some charms to go on it since I was not sure I wanted a charm until she took out differnet trays to give me an idea.What I liked about her is that she was willing to show the product but not be pushy about it.

Donnisha was very helpful. She showed me all the pieces that I wanted to see that were on sale. She entered my name in her book so she can email when the next sell is. I was very pleased with my visit at Pandora. I think a good idea would be to have a club that everyone that wants to join pays a yearly fee and every year you mail a limited charm to the club members. Only club members are able to get that special piece.
