The salesgirl was very helpful in offering suggestions as I was not sure what bracelet I wanted. I also was not familiar with the huge selection of charms. I would look at for example a heart and she would point out a similar charm to see if I would like that one also, I will be returning to buy charms and another bracelet. I injured my hand so it’s difficult for me to put on most of the bracelets. I saw the heart T-bar bracelet online. I came in for that particular bracelet, but was also curious what traditional bracelets were available. As I plan on purchasing in the future as well. Definitely returning.

The sales associate was swift with getting to me and helping me with my needs. She was very knowledgeable which also saved time. The store was nice and clean with some COVID protocols still in place.
