Great customer service. She was very understanding and had alot of patience I was undecided about what to take and she was very helpful. They had pretty much all I wanted in stock...what u don't really like is that they don't have any sales going on or special offer for people who spend over 100 dollars or more

Krista was very attentive and even suggested other options for my bracelet, she was very VERY patient as I kept moving my charms around wanting them to be in specific order and she told me to take my time, she also did really well with our 'on hold' items from the week prior!! she was very sweet and talked to me and my thoroughly explained to my mom.
