This location is always busy, the wait time is annoying but I get it. La Centerra location gives faster service but they are trash when it comes to customer service, the manager is rude. Willowbrook location simply does not care about your business. Even though memorial is always busy they remain patient and give full attention which is what any customer needs. I will say they don't have full stock like other locations, but id rather just wait until they do then deal with the other locations. My warranty replacements are never an issue and I'm always out of the store in a timely manner once I am inside and with an associate.

Alexis was patient and kind and very helpful. She gave great suggestions and was not pushy although she was genuine in confirming selections. I came in to get an item replaced and she offered to clean all my other items. Amazing service . Alexis made my day!
