My sales representative her name is Gabby was she works at the memorial city mall in Texas she was so sweet and understanding we had some technical difficulty she was understanding she did not make me feel bad about it she was great 😊

I had the pleasure to be assisted by the assistant manager, Gabby. She did not rush me. She listened to what I wanted & not only did I get what I came for, I left with what I wanted. She is AWESOME!

The staff was very willing to help me find what I wanted even though I didn't go in with the intention of finding something specific. They gave me many suggestions which I will be returning to purchase in the 90days. Great selection of charms were available in store to choose from. I was very happy with my experience.
