Adriana the salesperson was very attentive to my needs. she was also very knowledgeable at what she was selling to me. She cleaned my jewelry without me even asking her to. She put my charms on my bracelet and she really enjoy doing it. I highly recommend this young lady

The sales associate Krista was very great; she was able to answer all the questions I had. Very patient with me throughout the process. as we walked into the store, she asked me what I was looking for a took me straight to it.

From the moment we stepped in line, we were met with friendly associates who made my 13 year old daughter really feel special. We purchased her first charm bracelet during this visit. Once we stepped into the store, the sales associate already had her size pulled in the styles we requested just by simply asking us a few questions and looking at my daughter’s wrist. Charm selection was also very easy. Again, the sales associate talked to my daughter about her interests, and we easily selected charms from there. Great experience! Great product! I’m looking forward to building my daughter’s charm bracelet for years to come and will likely purchase other products.
