The sales associate I worked in was highly consultative. She recommended charms and dividers that were gorgeous and all that I didn’t know I wanted. I also felt truly safe.

Alexis was my sales associate’s name. She was VERY helpful,knowledgeable, and patient. I will be returning to this store and referring my friends and family as well! I hope Alexis is working. She made me feel so comfortable being a new customer!! Tried to tip her and she declined:(

Went to Pandora store at Memorial City and we were helped by sales associate named Gabby. She was very accommodating, personable and knowledgeable. We felt very welcomed by the staff. The store is clean and only allow certain number of people in the store to protect everyone’s health.

End of year sale just started that day didn’t have much selection from sale option

Gabby at this store went out of her way to help me. She assisted me outside of the store while in line because I was just doing an exchange but made up for the wrongdoing from another Pandora associate from a different store. I was originally given wrong information and purchased a chain to replace the one that had broken because I was told you can put it through the pendant, however that is not the case. Gabby however replaced my broken necklace and had a very friendly attitude and was very wonderful to work with as she really went above and beyond to make my experience at pandora a great one.
