The lady who was taking care of us was super attentive and helped my son pick out a necklace for his godmother. He was a little unsure about his purchase and he took a long time trying to pick out something that was perfect. She was very patient with him and made sure has was satisfied with his purchase! So thank you to the young lady Shima who took care of us on Friday!!!!!! The gift was a success!!!!

I was highly satisfied because the environment was great. Costumer service was also excellent. Last but not least I found everything I was looking for. I am looking forward to visiting again.

The sales agentwas very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and the staff was very conscious about the health of themselves and the customers. This was my first time in a Pandora store and the first purchase as well.

Fariba is great. She assisted me and helped me find out the best ring that I’m looking for. She’s very friendly and nice. I like how she helps me with her heart, but not like just say it’s up to you”. That’s one type of sentences I hate the most when I ask for an advice.
