I called ahead to ensure that they had the items that I wanted, they did and put them on hold for me. Pickup was fast and easy. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful.

This was my first time at the memorial city mall store and I loved it the ladies that help my self and my sister knew a lot about the products and they were very friendly we went in for a couple of birthday charms ended up with my bracelet full. Over all I am very happy with my purchase.
