Pandora Jewelry

I had a very bad experience at the pandora in Cinco Ranch with the manager amber. She did not complete an online order appropriately. I had to return to the store and she was very rude and said she should not be blamed. She also put three pieces of jewelry into one bag. I was worried about it scratching. When I asked for a bag for each item, she was annoyed. I had to drive 30 min to the memorial city pandora , where I had a great experience. I will never go back to Cinco Ranch pandora.

After reviewing items online, I was able to purchase all items needed on same day

As soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely. The sales lady asked me what I wanted and when I told her she knew exactly what I wanted. I told her my wrist is too small for bracelets in general but she found me a bracelet that fit me perfectly.

Person was very friendly and also taught me how to keep my charms clean

I was highly satisfied with the assistance Brenda gave me. I had my booklet that I took in with me with several pave charms that I wanted to see. She was very knowledgeable and even suggested alternative ones for the one that wasn't in stock. She told me about the credit card but I could not take advantage of it at this time. After selecting four charms she helped me balance it out and we agreed on placement of the new charms. I told her that I would be back for the one that was not in stock and possibly a gold charm.
